Placing an order

Step 1: Add products to your shopping basket

Choose either of the following options to add a product to your shopping basket:

1. Click on “Add to shopping basket” next to a product.


 

2. Enter a Bechtle No. in the quick order field on the home page or in the shopping basket and click on the arrow button.

 
 

Step 2: Go to your shopping basket

Click on the shopping basket icon in the top right corner of the menu bar. The number of items in your shopping basket is indicated directly next to the icon. In addition, a preview of the shopping basket appears when you hover the cursor over the icon.


 
 

Step 3: Go to checkout

Click on “To checkout”.


 
 

Step 4: Enter your details

You have 4 options:

1. If you’re a regular customer, you can enter your customer number and postcode. Once you’ve signed in, all invoice and mailing address fields will be auto-filled.

2. If you have a customer account but no customer number, you can sign in using your e-mail address and password.

3. If you don't have your customer number handy, you can still place your order.

4. If you’re not yet a customer, we ask that you create a customer account by entering the required company details (e.g. invoice and shipping address). Once you have created an account you can simply place an order with your customer number and postcode next time.


 
 

Step 5: Place your order

After selecting your invoice and delivery addresses, you have the opportunity to review your order. Then click on “Complete order.” Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail.
