- Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase of the Toshiba product
- Compatible with Toshiba Satellite Pro, Tecra, Portégé and WT310 tablets
- The service may be purchased within 90 days of the purchase of the Toshiba product
- Available in: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and South Africa
The service is only available within a radius of 100 km around big cities. If outside the 100 km radius, Toshiba will offer the next best service available.
- The service agreement must be activated within 30 days of purchase
Availability: Mon - Fri, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, except bank holidays
- On-site repair service with next-business-day response time (subject to time of notification and availability of replacement parts)
- In case of an easy repair, the customer can decide whether Toshiba shall send a service part for self-repair or dispatch a Toshiba certified engineer to the customers location.
